Throughout history, human rights have been violated and there have been people trying to fight for their rights but many have failed. Each human being has the same equal rights at the time of birth and that should not change at any given moment. Human rights entitle a person’s right to freedom of expression and movement, equality before the law, the rights to live, right to education, religion, and to own property as it states in the (preamble). People all around the world should know and understand what human rights are; if more people would know their own rights then it would be easier for them to promote justice, not only for themselves, but also for their society. Human rights should be taken in consideration for the reasons that many people’s rights are being violated all around the world when they shouldn’t. Every country has different beliefs on how human rights should be handled, but in reality the only thing that matters is what is written in the preamble.
